Gift Card and Return Policy

All gift cards and promotional offers expire 1 year from the purchase date unless otherwise noted.

Gift cards and promotions cannot be split, combined, or refunded.
Gift cards must be redeemed in person at our location and cannot be applied to online booking or prepayment.

Gift cards must be used toward a full session. Partial use, partial redemption, or carrying a remaining balance is not permitted.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced and must be presented for redemption.

Merchandise is exchange only, all sales are final, and prices may change without notice.
